⁠Sarah Elsie Baker⁠ is a Associate Professor and Head of Research at the Media Design School in Auckland, New Zealand. She is the author of Designing Gender: The Feminist Toolkit. In our conversation, Sarah reflects on why such a toolkit is necessary today and how it can be used to develop more critical, equitable, and reflective design practices.
